DEADPOOL PILLOW

 


This is an iem that my wife asked me to make.  Deadpool is her favorite comic book character.  The pillow is started with Rows to make the face and then rounds to make the sides and back.

MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight yarn:  Red, black, and white.
H hook
Tapestry needle
Polyester Fiberfill

FACE

Rd 1:    Ch 1, venly space 88 sc around outside edge of FRONT, do nt join with first sc.  (88)
Rds 2-6:    sc in each sc around.  (88)

BACK
Rd 7:    (sc in next 9 sc, sc2tog) around.  (80)
Rd 8:    (sc in next 8 sc, sc2tog) around.  (72)
Rd 9:    (sc in next 7 sc, sc2tog) around.  (64)
Rd 10:    (sc in next 6 sc, sc2tog) around.  (56)
Rd 11:     (sc in next 5 sc, sc2tog) around.  (48)
Rd 12:    (sc in next 4 sc, sc2tog) around.  (40)
Rd 13:     (sc in next 3 sc, sc2tog) around.  (32)
Rd 14:    (sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog) around.  (24)

Finish off.

  1. Can you please provide a few more details on this pattern? Like how to start crocheting the face. How many stitches do you chain to start? Beginner crocheter here - never did this type of pattern before and trying to make for son! Thank you!
